This bird of paradise was photographed at the NY Botanical Gardens. I took two exposures, one is overexposed and the other is properly exposed. Making mistakes offers creative possibilities.
I like both of these a lot. Love the color and the shape. My favorite is the properly exposed one also, because I like the green background next to the yellow/gold and royal blue. Really beautiful and somehow more quiet and serene.
